This package is a comprehensive planning package that includes planning all weekend events (rehearsal dinner planning & coordination, welcome reception planning & coordination, and brunch planning & coordination). This package is well-known amongst our Cultural and Destination Weddings. In addition to this full weekend of planning, it is also inclusive of procurement and assembly of guest hotel welcome bag items, and RSVP tracking (inclusive of stuffing, stamping, mailing invitations and tracking RSVPs).

This package includes unlimited phone calls, meetings and emails as well as all vendor sourcing, contract review, design plan ideas and rental review, floorplan + diagrams as well as unlimited hours on the wedding day itself.
